About the role:
Working in a fast-paced corporate environment, the primary objectives will be to aid the business with their IT queries by providing great customer service along with resolving the reported issues on time. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager your day to day responsibilities will include:
Display a high level of customer service to all internal stakeholders
Resolving Service Desk requests promptly
Logging all incidents and service requests and manage IT escalations
Collaborating with relevant vendors and support partners
Troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, printers and other computer-related technologies
New User set-ups including account creation and hardware setup
Meet all KPI’s as set by your manager
Documentation management for critical support and technical artifacts
Assist in providing or recommending IT initiatives
Incorporate a zero-trust approach to cybersecurity operations to strengthen our security posture
Provide after-hours support as part of IT support scheduled roster
About you:
Highly motivated with great customer-centric communication skills
Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
Ability to prioritise and action items, managing time and workflow to meet service levels
ITIL experience would be advantageous
A keen, tenacious work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Tertiary IT Qualifications (Diploma, Degree, etc) or equivalent experience preferred
