You have extensive experience in end to end HR activities, providing solid ER/IR advice to managers and other leaders across the AsPac region. Naturally, you interact and develop strong relationships at all levels and aim to effectively resolve complex matters within an agreed timeframe. Your influential and engaging approach will allow you to coach peers in areas of expertise and HR generalist activities to support their development. Above all, your resilience and impeccable customer service skills allows you to act with poise in difficult situations, with the continued and consistent support from a team of 12 P&C professionals.

About the Role

Reporting to the P&C Advisory Team Leader, you will provide P&C operational advisory support to employees and managers in an autonomous manner within a centralised shared service environment, acting as an escalation point for complex matters. You will coach managers on complex performance management activities, whilst navigating ER/IR risks. You will proactively contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures based on relevant legislation and contemporary P&C management practices. As a critical support to the business, you will act as a project lead on new business, change in process, address employee grievances, manage and lead projects other P&C advisory tasks. By use of appropriate systems, you will maintain and track P&C related activities for both day-to-day tasks and case management. Moreover, you will demonstrate flexibility & efficiency to support a variety of business units, understanding the complexities of each and ensuring that deliverables are achieved with ease.

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources

Proven experience working in a large/enterprise size company or shared services

The ability to maintain accuracy, high attention to detail and resilience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding customer service skills

Sound experience understanding and interpreting industrial instruments and policy application

Knowledge of HR systems (SAP), processes and tools

Knowledge/ management of a CRM system or equivalent
